One league, three charts, zero guesswork. Every number below is a body measurement — inches and centimetres side by side — across men’s, women’s and youth NFL kit. Order first, check second. Torn between two rows? Order the size you lean towards, then email your height, chest and waist to fanservice2026@outlook.com. We compare your numbers against these charts before the parcel is packed and swap the size if a different one fits you better. Nothing ships until we agree the size is right.

The tape, not the guess

How to measure

Ninety seconds with a soft tape measure settles what no amount of label-squinting will. Wear a single thin layer, stand the way you normally stand, and let the tape touch you without squeezing. No tailor’s tape? Use a piece of string, pinch where it meets, then lay it against a ruler.

Chest — the number that runs the showWrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, straight under the armpits. Keep it level front to back and breathe normally — do not puff up, do not hollow out.

Waist — your fit-check numberMeasure at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Tape snug, not cinched. The charts use it to confirm the cut, not to pick the letter.

Body lengthFrom the highest point of the shoulder next to your collar, straight down to where you want the hem to sit. Compare against the length column before committing.

SleeveShoulder seam to wrist bone with your arm slightly bent.

Gap rule: if your measurement lands between two rows, take the larger size. Room reads better than a pull, and the 30-day postage paid return is there if the letter still feels wrong.

Right number, right chart

Which number decides

Most sizing mistakes are measurement mismatches — a waist compared against a chest, or a flat-laid garment width read as a body number. This page uses body measurements throughout. Confirm the deciding number here:

Football Sundays

Men’s NFL chart

NFL cuts run full and boxy — the classic oversized game-day shape, made to layer over a hoodie when the temperature drops. Seven sizes, S through 4XL.

NFL jersey — men’s, the full boxy cut, body measurements.

Size	Chest (in)	Chest (cm)	Waist (in)	Length (in)	Length (cm)	Sleeve (in)
S	35–38	89–97	29–32	29	74	17.5
M	38–41	97–104	32–35	30	76	18.5
L	41–44	104–112	35–38	31	79	19.5
XL	44–48	112–122	38–43	32	81	20.5
2XL	48–53	122–135	43–48	33	84	21.5
3XL	53–58	135–147	48–53	34	86	22.5
4XL	58–63	147–160	53–58	35	89	23.5

Broad through the chest already, or planning to wear it over a hoodie? Order one size up from your row. Otherwise your true size is the right call.

Tapered, not shrunk

Women’s NFL chart

The women’s cut follows the body through the waist and finishes higher on the hip. Six sizes, XS through 2XL.

NFL jersey — women’s, tapered through the waist, body measurements.

Size	Chest (in)	Chest (cm)	Waist (in)	Length (in)	Length (cm)
XS	31–33	79–84	25–26	26	66
S	33–35	84–89	26–28	27	69
M	35–38	89–97	28–31	27.5	70
L	38–41	97–104	31–34	28	71
XL	41–44	104–112	34–37	28.5	72
2XL	44–47	112–119	37–40	29	74

If the loose, boxy silhouette is what you are after, a men’s small or medium does that job better than sizing up the women’s rows.

The next generation

Youth NFL chart

Youth sizing runs on age bands, confirmed by chest and height. When age and measurements disagree, trust the measurements.

NFL youth jersey — choose by age, confirm with chest and height.

Size	Ages	Chest (in)	Chest (cm)	Height (in)	Height (cm)
S	7–8	26–27	66–69	50–54	127–137
M	9–12	28–30	71–76	55–60	140–152
L	13–15	31–33	79–84	61–63	155–160
XL	16–18	34–36	86–91	64–67	163–170

Where to look: chest decides an NFL jersey. If your measurement lands in the gap between two rows, take the larger size — a shirt with a little room always looks better than one that pulls.

The questions we get weekly

Sizing questions

Six short answers to the sizing queries that fill our inbox. If yours is not here, email fanservice2026@outlook.com and we will sort it within 48 hours.

Do these charts use body measurements or garment measurements?

Body measurements, throughout — the tape wrapped around you, not the shirt laid on a table. That is why the chest figures read smaller than a flat-laid width.

Which measurement matters most for an NFL jersey?

Chest. Length and sleeve fine-tune the fit, but chest is the number that decides whether the size is right at all.

Do youth sizes follow the same chart as adults?

They do not. The youth chart runs on age bands confirmed by chest and height — see section 05.

I am between two rows. Up or down?

Up. Room reads better than a pull, and the 30-day postage paid return is your safety net if the larger letter still feels off.

Can you check my size before my order ships?

Yes — that is the deal in the box at the top of this page. Email your height, chest and waist with your order number and we will confirm or swap the size before packing.

What if the size that arrives still is not right?

Send it back — 30 days, postage paid, no argument. Start the return by emailing fanservice2026@outlook.com with your order number.

Measure once, cheer all season.

The right size is one email away if the charts leave any doubt.

Team graphics applied flat so nothing feels bulky on the chest
Straight through the body without a boxy shape
Hem sits at the hip, not the waistband
Added length through the body on the larger sizes

What You Get

Quick-dry fabric

Dries between wears, which makes it a practical pick for travel and back-to-back game weeks.

Two-way stretch

Gives a little in both directions, so it moves with you rather than holding its shape rigidly.

Breathable performance knit

Lightweight polyester with real airflow, so heat does not build up when the game goes long.

Ways To Wear It

Playing catch in the yard before the game comes on.
Weeknight games when you are watching from the sofa with the volume up.
Match days at home, in the stands or at the bar - the Los Angeles Chargers crest does the talking.

Women's cuts are shaped differently. The women's build takes in through the waist instead of falling straight.

Questions Shoppers Ask

Will this fit over a t-shirt?

Yes. It is cut to layer easily over a tee without looking oversized.

Does the print feel thick on the chest?

No. Graphics are applied flat, so the front panel stays smooth rather than sitting proud like a patch.

Can I add my own name and number to this jersey?

Yes. Type the exact name and number into the personalization field before checkout. Personalized items are final sale, so please check the spelling first.

Can I wear it in winter?

Yes, layered over a hoodie or under a jacket. On its own it suits mild weather.
